We all have dreams.. Whether they might be realistic or out of reach.

You're standing by yourself looking to the starts or into the distance, letting your thoughts run wild..
Maybe you want to become a great artist who will be seen by millions, a musician loved by the world or to find that perfect partner you've been dreaming about your entire life.

Where does these dreams come from? You? Yes, but their origin might lie elsewhere - somewhere you might take for granted in this day and age.

100 years ago the people of this world saw the world from their eyes and from their eyes alone. They approached a new country without any expectation or knowledge and had to discover its secrets themselves. Through their own eyes.

A young man and woman going into a relationship had no idea what to expect or do when they got closer to each others bodies. They had to discover and explore the secrets of love themselves. Through their own eyes.

A man 100 years ago was happy with what job he got as long as it payed him enough to feed him and his family.

A dream of an individual 100 years ago would be to keep working to feed his family and then maybe travel a bit. Standing by himself under the stars looking beyond the ocean dreaming of the undiscovered world.

Today the people of this world see the world through the eyes of the internet and television. We can see further than our eyes can reach with the press of a button. If we approach a country today we think to ourselves "Google taught me this and this.. This country has this and that to see. We know where to go even though we have never been here."

A man today wont be happy with a job that pays what he needs. The media has taught him that there is so much objects in this world that he needs to have in order to live happily. He will search for a job that is out of his reach.

A young man and woman going into a relationship today has learned everything they need to know over the internet and television. The only exploring you need to do is to see how the other partner looks like naked. In which case you will probably be dissapointed due to all the crazy high standards the media has been feeding you with.

A dream of an individual today would be to find the perfect partner, get famous, get wealthy, getting a crazy sportscar, see the entire world (and space), having so many friends that he cant keep count of them and then have a family to which he can give all mentioned things.

Don't be scared to dream of things that YOU want and not what the media and your friends has told you to dream about. Throw the insanely high standards you've grown up to deal with out the window. What do YOU really want to explore in this world?


MLeth dreams of getting a job so he can finally call himself a man and finding a partner whom he can build a family with. He also dream of the ocean, he dream of the ocean every day. He want to live by it, breathe it and feel the ocean breeze against his face as he is holding his child in his arms looking to the stars. Thinking of all the things he can achieve instead of actually achieving them.


Not to say that you should'nt dream big.. Because that's the good part about our current generation. No dream is completely out of reach if you put your soul into making it come true.
