/1. Why do you love the kind of art style that you work with now?

I'm still working on my style and trying to find something I'm completely comfortable with. But I'm pretty comfortable with where I am now - Which is a nice blend between realism and anime! Altough I've come to hate anime alot lately, and all it stands for, I can't deny its charm in art. So yeah maybe I'm a bit contradictory when I say I hate anime xD (It's more the animated animes I hate, and all the shitty character stereotype everyone seems to aim for instead of trying to make their character into their own personal thing.)

/2. Is there any aspect of the natural world that inspires you and your work?

Absolutely. I've always been, and always will, be impressed by our nature and all its wonderful colors/views. I mean I don't think there's anyone born in the 90's and earlier that doesnt get inspired by nature. Nowadays the current generation of kids gets inspired by the internet <w<
But I digress. What inspires me the most in nature is the ocean, the wind and the sky.

/3. What makes you happiest about being an artist?

To create. Creating something, be it art or music... It makes me happy.
I think the following applies to all artists somewhere in their artist career; Wherever I look, whatever I lay my eyes upon in this world I think to myself: "How can I make this into a painting?". And that's what keeps me going - The thought of being able to create pretty much everything and more. Only your creativity is the limit as they say.

/4. If you closed your eyes, what colour would you like to see when you open them?

All colors :') Like a raaaainbooooow. A double one.

5. What's your favorite season?

Spring! I also like fall.. Because of the wind, rain and nice fresh air : )

/6. Why is it your favorite?

Spring is my favorite because it's where the summer is just around the corner so it's not too cold but not too warm either. It's an excellent mix. And seeing the water streams starting to pour beneath the melting ice is just.. Mwah! <3

/7. Could you tell me a bit about where you live?

I live in a small town in the center of the world (Sweden). Small facts about this little town: This is the very first place where train rails were built and used. The king of Sweden was here once, to use a model of the very first train that was in use, sometime at the end of the 90's : )
And this town has also won prizes to be the most well preserved wooden villages! In other words we have alot of old wooden houses around. Especially near the lake. I luvs this town <3

Aaand.. Sweden in general.. Well we have IKEA : o

/8. Think of something cute! What's the first thing that comes to mind?

Aint gonna lie.. : | *Dreamerwhit95 <--- Strange, it was actually the first thing that came to mind xD Just before a fuzzy lil ball thing I saw here on DA a while ago..

/9. Why do you think your artwork/style is so different now than it was 3 years ago?

To begin with I only made the initial sketch on paper because I was unable to do so on my tablet. Now I ONLY scetch with my tablet. And back then I was still an anime crazed fanboy so most of my art was inspired by anime, manga and japan. Also back in the day I couldnt decide exactly what style I wanted to work with.. The eyes I did for example would always vary in form and size.

Today I've been pushing away from anime and mangas just because I don't think it fits me as a person. Anime is good I guess but I would rather read a real story or watch a live action movie rather than watching the same old anime stereotype characters prance about screaming because their panties are showing. I know that aint fair though but I know pretty much all animes have SOMETHING in common.
Damn I'm getting away from the subject.. Anyway what I'm trying to say is that I want to do something that is my own and not trying to aim for it to be something japan created for me. I'm of course referring to my Digital Fairy Saga, which is still in the works by the way.

/10. Is there a particular song that you seem to listen to the most when you create?

I tend to listen to my own home made music.. Maybe it's a subconcious reminder that what I'm creating is my very own. It also depends on what mood I'm in when I draw. Sad music when I'm down, hard music when I'm feeling rebellious or epic music when I feel really inspired to do something equally epic - to emphasize the emotion while I draw.
But if I'd have to chose ONE song.. No one BAND I must say - It'd have to be Pendulum and their "Hold Your Colour" album
