There seems to be a trend with me where I come up with a specific frame in a comic and then work around it.. Which isn't really a very effective way to do things!
I wanted Erylia to eat ice cream furiously and then the rest sorta came from that! As RoninDude put it: "She's not a cookie fairy... She's a KOOKIE fairy!"

Extreme Heat and Extreme Cold Therapy. Sitting in one for about 5 or 15 Minutes then Rapid Switching Forces the Mind Shutdown whatever it is doing and Relax.
The most Accessable way to Try it is, at a Hotel, Swim in a Cold Pool for about 15 minutes and within 15 Seconds get in that Hot Tub. Though the Easiest way to do it is Setup a Heat Tent and an Ice Bath at Home so you can have a full minute to Switch.
I only know this because I used to Practice Iceman Breathing Exorsizes for a year or 2.
